How long does it take for BIOARMOR-NANO to work?


The BIOARMOR-NANO coating is touch-dry, ready to use and starts to work in under 5 minutes. The coating continues to harden for the next 5 hours and then continues to protect for the next 3 months minimum of normal use surfaces.




How much coverage do I get from 1 wipe?


One wipe covers 1 - 1.5m2 of surface space. As an example, your work desk space including telephone, keyboard, screen and mouse would be protected with 1 wipe.




Do the wipes need TGA certification?


No. As BIOARMOR-NANO wipes are a biocidal surface coating, and not a disinfectant and are used on surfaces only, TGA have advised that no ARTG approval is required.




Do the wipes protect against COVID-19?


We have recently completed testing on a virus surrogate - Phi 6 - that's often used as surrogate test for coronavirus & influenza virus. Our coating achieved an efficacy of 95%.




Should I wait for the full 90 days to pass before I reapply the product?


We recommend you reapply the product each 90 days to continue to achieve protection. We can auto-renew your order to ensure you don't miss an application and maintain your protection continuously.

Is BIOARMOR-NANO safe to use?


Yes, BIOARMOR-NANO has been certified safe for human and animal use. It can also be used on food preparation surfaces. The product has also been independently certifed safe to be used on baby toilet training products and on items worn on the body (eg watches). Prolonged use of the wipes may cause skin irritation from the alcohol.

What can I use BIOARMOR-NANO on?

Does BIOARMOR-NANO wash off or rub off?


No, as BIOARMOR-NANO applies a nano-thin silver coating on your surfaces, the coating does not wash off or rub off on surfaces.




What virus and bacteria does BIOARMOR-NANO protect against?


BIOARMOR-NANO is laboratory tested to eliminate harmful surface virus and bacteria by up to 99.9%. Our highly rigorous testing included the dangerous bacteria and viruses including Staphyloccoccus aureus, MRSA and SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.




How does BIOARMOR-NANO work?


The scientifically engineered and patented nano silver in BIOARMOR-NANO reacts with the microbe cell structure as it comes into contact with microbes (bacteria, virus, mold and mildew), and continually reduces the surface microbe activity for a minimum period of 3 months, without the need to reapply the product. BIOARMOR-NANO is dispersed in Ethanol which cleans the surface on contact. The Ethanol then evaporates leaving a nano-thin layer that contains our patented nano-silver antibacterial product. The coating is touch dry, ready to use and starts to work in under 5 minutes. The coating continues to harden for the next 5 hours and then continues to protect for the next 3 months minimum of normal use surfaces.

What is your returns policy?


If your item is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a refund or exchange provided they are unopened and unused. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns if the package has been opened or used, unless the goods are faulty. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind.




Do I need to wear PPE to apply BIOARMOR-NANO to surfaces?


No, you do not need to wear PPE when applying BIOARMOR-NANO to surfaces. BIOARMOR-NANO wipes can be used by all and you do not need training or equipment to apply the product.

Yes, BIOARMOR-NANO has been independently certified and may be used on food consumption items and food preparation surfaces and areas.




Can I use BIOARMOR-NANO outdoors?


Yes, BIOARMOR-NANO will protect all surfaces, including those that are exposed to sunlight, rain, sleet, snow and wind provided that the product has been applied, and allowed to fully dry and cure for 5 hours (see applications instructions for further details).




How does BIOARMOR-NANO smell?


BIOARMOR-NANO is lemon scented and has no harsh chemical or residual smell.




Does BIOARMOR-NANO leave a residue?


No, BIOARMOR-NANO does not leave a residue, even after multiple applications.




How long does COVID-19 last on surfaces?


Researchers at CSIRO, Australia's national science agency, have found that SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19, can survive for up to 28 days on common surfaces including banknotes, glass – such as that found on mobile phone screens - and stainless steel. The research, undertaken at the Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness (ACDP) in Geelong, found that SARS-CoV-2: - survived longer at lower temperatures - tended to survive longer on non-porous or smooth surfaces such as glass, stainless steel and vinyl, compared to porous complex surfaces such as cotton - survived longer on paper banknotes than plastic banknotes. How do I know when it's time to reapply BIOARMOR-NANO?


We suggest re-applying to most surfaces after 90 days. For glass phone/tablet screens that are getting used heavily - we would suggest checking earlier if possible.




How can I check if BIOARMOR-NANO is still active on my surface?


The bioarmor-nano coating has some hydrophobic qualities so - where there is no danger from electrical currents etc. - you can place a few droplets of water onto the surface. If the water goes into 'tight balls' it's likely the coating is still active. We recommend re-application every 90 days.
